ABOUT
Katy Holmes
I have been working as a Physiotherapist in Women’s Health for the last number of years. Galway Maternity Hospital gave me my first opportunity to work in this speciality, where I gained valuable experience assessing common pelvic conditions and advising women on postnatal recovery. This ignited my passion for Women’s Health, and I continued my work in the area by joining the Rotunda Hospital as a Senior Physiotherapist. This role really expanded my knowledge in the management of pregnancy and pelvic floor related conditions. More recently I have returned to my native Limerick, working within the Women's Health team in the University Maternity Hospital.
I love working with women to help improve their pelvic health and get back to enjoying exercise or to be able to cope with the demands of daily life.
