Postnatal Check Up

Service Description

This appointment will include a discussion around your pregnancy and delivery. We can assess your pelvic floor, check for a diastasis and assess lower back/pelvis if there is discomfort post delivery. A structured plan for return to exercise based on your goals will be included.
